Our Story
Since being managed by owner Elissa Cross since 1994, we have specialised in preschool education, and have been committed to fostering an intimate and personal learning experience for each child in our care.
Our child-to-educator ratio is above industry standard to ensure you, and your child, have access to the support you need. We are a boutique early childhood service, located in central Port Macquarie for your convenience. Our beautifully designed learning spaces, knowledgeable educators, and focus on early education sets us apart from other early childhood centres and has contributed to our long-standing reputation as a leader in early learning and education.
Our Educators
We believe that our educators are our most important asset when it comes to your child’s learning journey. With more than 30 years of experience, and long term members of staff, this team ensures you and your child are provided with a professional, familiar, and supportive service.
Waving Window
Our educators know that one of the hardest parts of the day for both parents and children is the goodbye. For this reason, we dedicate considerable time to supporting you both through this transition. Our ‘waving window’ provides a routine way for parents and children to overcome sensitive goodbyes, with our educators then walking with your child into their learning experiences for the day. Your child will be guided in their education with us by passionate university and diploma qualified teachers, and cared for by staff with relevant certification in children’s services.
